Bill McQueen was an Air Force Veteran, a surgeon, a father, and a husband. His life was taken by pleural mesothelioma from exposure to asbestos. He was treated with a pleurectomy and survived for about a year. He is remembered by his loving family as a great story teller, someone that could make everybody laugh. Bill McQueen is a hero for his bravery in the face of the unknown.
